IPCSC meetings are open to the public as outlined in Idaho Open Meetings Law. Multiple opportunities are available for public participation.

Public Participation

The public is welcome to attend, participate, and comment at meetings according to protocol.

Notification of Meetings

  • The IPCSC typically meets on the second Thursday of even months, and may call special meetings as necessary in between.
  • The IPCSC maintains four standing committees (Finance, Strategic Planning, Application and Policy, and Renewal and Performance) that meet as needed.
  • Meeting agendas are posted on the IPCSC website and in hard copy at the Capitol Annex Building office.

Attending a Meeting

  • Members of the public are welcome to attend IPCSC meetings.
  • Please sign in at any meeting you attend.

Public Comment

  • Written comment may be submitted to pcsc@osbe.idaho.gov.
  • Live public comment will be limited to 3 minutes.
