Public Meetings

The Idaho Public Charter School Commission conducts its work in accordance with Idaho's Open Meetings Law, ensuring transparency and public access to decision-making processes. Regular meetings of the IPCSC are typically held on the second Thursday of even months (February, April, June, August, October, and December).

Committee meetings are held on an as-needed basis. All meetings are open to the public.

Meeting agendas are posted in advance and outline the topics to be discussed.

The Commission may enter executive session when permitted by law for specific and limited purposes, while all other discussions and actions are conducted in open session to ensure transparency and accountability.

Attend a Meeting

Members of the public are welcome to attend all IPCSC Commission and committee meetings. Please sign in upon arrival at any meeting you attend. Meetings include opportunities for public comment in accordance with established procedures, ensuring open and transparent participation.

Public Comment

Members of the public are invited to participate in IPCSC meetings by submitting written comments or providing live testimony. Written comments may be submitted in advance to pcsc@osbe.idaho.gov and will be shared with the Commission. During meetings, live public comments are limited to three minutes per speaker to ensure all voices have an opportunity to be heard and to allow for orderly proceedings.
